For ISKO learner accounts, our policy requires a parent or legal guardian to review this notice and give consent before a learner under 18 creates an account. Learners aged 18 or older may sign up on their own.
This is ISKO's signup policy. Philippine law sets the age of majority at 18. The National Privacy Commission recognizes people under 18 as children for child-data guidance, but its advisory does not establish a single digital-consent age for every service or make parental consent mandatory in every case.
ISKO does not share full conversation transcripts with teachers by default. Only structured learning summaries may be shared with the learner's explicit consent.
A future parent/guardian summary may include: learner activity, streak, mission completion, high-level progress, and areas needing support — never private AI conversations by default.
By providing consent, you agree to ISKO's collection and use of your child's learning data as described in the Privacy Notice. A parent or legal guardian should complete signup for a learner under 18; the signup form records their consent attestation with the account.
Learners aged 18 or older may complete signup themselves.
